2. Eligibility

3. Professional Color Grading Services
Professional color grading services are governed by individual project agreements, quotations, invoices, or written communications between Mediabee Color Lab and the client.

• Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate media, project files, references, and technical specifications.
• Delivery dates may be extended if required assets are delayed or incomplete.
• Final approval of a project signifies acceptance of the delivered work.
• Additional revisions beyond those included in the original agreement may incur additional fees.
• Archived project files are retained at our discretion and should not be considered permanent storage. Clients are encouraged to securely archive all delivered files upon receipt.

• Workflow resources
• Future downloadable products
All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
Delivery methods may include direct download, email delivery, secure download links, or third-party delivery platforms.
5. License
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the product in your own personal or commercial creative projects.
This license permits use in unlimited projects owned or created by the purchaser.
However, this license does not transfer ownership of the product or any intellectual property rights.
6. License Restrictions
You may not:
• Resell any Mediabee Color Lab product.
• Redistribute downloaded files.
• Share download links.
• Upload products to public or private marketplaces.
• Include our products within another commercial product or asset pack.
• Claim ownership of our products.
